Some terrorists develop a computer microchip carrying data & modus to bring chaos and anarchy in India. Their aim is to overthrow the government and rule our country. As a part of their scheme they create a magnetic field where none can enter.

An old witch who practices black magic wants to get the microchip so that she can also rule India and then the whole world. But she cannot do it alone because her magical powers do not have the capacity to overpower the magnetic field enveloping the terrorist’s underground abode.

Now, a group of picnicking children unknowingly hits against the magnetic field, and falls into the trap created by the old witch. The children try to escape but do not succeed. She holds the children captives for days and threatens to kill them.

Not knowing what happened to the children, their parents and the police force move together in search of them. Their efforts become fruitless and people crowd on the streets agitating. Media give full coverage and invent different weird stories about the disappearance of the children, which confuse the people and even the search.

While violence and terror engross the city, the children face deep trouble due to the magical influence of the witch. She wants to utilize the children to get the chip, with the help of her black magic. She warns the terrified children that she will eat their souls if they fail. She will set them free only if they get hold of the chip from the terrorists and bring it back to her. The children finding no other way accept her command and start their adventurous journey.

Overcoming many hurdles, the children find out the camp of the terrorists and get into it. Though troubles are awaiting them there, the children manage them skillfully. With great effort they enter the computer lab of the terrorists and find out the chip the witch is craving for. However, the children are not easy preys to the wicked witch and the terrorists. So, revising what they have learnt in the computer class rooms of their school, the children apply their intelligence and prepare a corrupt version of the chip, and escape unnoticed and run back to the abode of the witch.

The witch is waiting for them impatiently at the doors. The children give her the duplicate chip and the moment she gets it she changes her appearance to a devilish form and vanishes. Not knowing what to do the children try to escape from the den. Before they could escape, they hear the terrorists coming after them.

After an ordeal and outwitting them, the children escape at last and reach the city. They inform the police all that happened and hand over the original chip to them. With their help the police shoot down the terrorists one by one. And while the people are showering praises on the children, another misfortune in the form of the old witch is seen hovering over the city.

Thinking what she has with her is the original chip; the witch is unleashing atrocities in the city. The children with courage encounter her closely. When she learns from them that the chip is not the original one, she tries to kill the children with her magical powers. But the children overcome it by initiating a magnetic field around them with the help of the original chip. The witch tastes defeat at the hands of the children due to this. The police try to catch her at that moment. But before the police could touch her body, she explodes and dissolves into the air. The triumphant children are now surrounded by people who pour compliments on them, for their valor and intelligence.
